We are glad that you are interested in BRITA products. To make your purchase, you can place as many items as you want in your shopping basket until you have reached the maximum purchase value of £500.00.
Finding products
Browse through the BRITA product worlds to find the product you require. Please be aware that the range in the BRITA online shop may vary slightly from that held by BRITA stockists. Some products may only be available online, while others are only held in stock by stockists.
Using the shopping basket
You can click the shopping basket icon at the top right of every page to go to an overview of your selected products. You can view product details again and remove products from the list if necessary. Or you can make amendments, for example to the colour, size or quantity of products. Click "Continue" to proceed with the ordering process.
To place an order, go to your shopping basket and click "Continue" at the bottom. You will then be guided step by step through the ordering process.
If you have already registered as a customer, you can log in with your access details in the next step. If you have not registered yet, you are also given the option here to register as a new customer. You can also purchase from BRITA as an unregistered guest, however; simply select the third option here "I would like to continue my order without a personal account" and click "Continue".
Registering as a customer means you always have an overview of your orders in the BRITA online shop. You can view your account and the status of ongoing orders. If you would prefer to order as a guest, your details are not stored in the BRITA customer database, so you cannot access the status of your orders and account information.
Once you have entered your customer details, the next step allows you to select your desired payment method. You can pay by direct debit, credit card or PayPal in the BRITA online shop. Please refer to "Ordering in the online shop" for more information.
Before you submit a binding order, you can view all the details of your order one last time in the overview. This allows you to make any necessary corrections before you send your order to BRITA. Once you click "Send order", a binding order is forwarded to us. We will notify you by email when we have received your order.
You can only purchase BRITA products in the BRITA online shop via the order function. Simply collect the required items in your shopping basket and then follow the various steps of the order process.
Orders cannot be placed via the contact form as this data is not SSL-encrypted when it is transmitted.
Orders can be accepted by phone or fax either. Our free BRITA online shop service is happy to advise you, on 0800 279 4145 from Mon. to Fri., from 08.00 - 17.00.
Deliveries can only be made within Great Britain and Northern Ireland with the exception of Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. This BRITA online shop is unable to accept orders from abroad. Thank you for your understanding.
You can use a range of methods to pay for your purchase in the BRITA online shop: by credit card / debit card and PayPal.
The contract shall take effect with BRITA GmbH, unless expressly specified otherwise.

Deliveries can only be made within Great Britain, with the exception of Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. The BRITA online shop is unable to accept orders from abroad.
If you cannot be contacted during the day at the invoice address you have given, or if the order is intended as a gift, you also have the option of having your order sent to a different delivery address. The invoice is then sent separately to the invoice address given.
We ensure short delivery times so that you can enjoy the BRITA products you have ordered as quickly as possible. The current delivery time is approximately two to three working days. We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been passed to our logistics partner UPS. Please note that we are not responsible for delays cased by UPS.
Once you have completed your order, you can access the status of the items you have ordered by logging in to "My account". The "My orders" menu lets you track everything precisely, from "Order received" to "Items dispatched".
If you have placed your order as a guest without registering, you will not be able to access "My account" but we will notify you by email about the most important steps for your order. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. We will also tell you when the goods have left our warehouse.
All prices are in GBP, include VAT at 20% and exclude any delivery charges incurred. The price is the one that applied at the time the order was placed.
You pay a flat rate delivery charge in the BRITA online shop of just £ 4.95. If part of the order is delayed, meaning that the order can only be delivered in several stages, you will not incur any additional delivery costs.
If items that are delivered display obvious material or manufacturing defects, please report them, either by calling our BRITA customer service free of charge on 0800 279 4145, or by sending an email to: shop@brita.net
If you use our practical cartridge service, you will not incur delivery costs. You can find out more about this by clicking "Cartridge service".
Of course, we want you to be fully satisfied with your new BRITA product. If that isn't the case, you have the right of withdrawal. You can return any item to us within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason for the return. Punctual dispatch will be sufficient for compliance with the time limit. To return your product free of charge contact Customer Service on 0800 279 4145. Please do not return unstamped parcels to us, as this results in additional costs, for which we will have to invoice you. Please include the completed delivery receipt with your return.
After we receive the goods, we will refund you the value of the goods within two weeks, provided that the invoice has already been paid. Please make sure that you enter your account number on the delivery note so that we can make the refund.
We are unable to accept returned goods that have been damaged as a result of improper use or
faulty returns packaging.
After the 14-day cooling off period has expired, you still have the right to return an item, of course, if it displays a defect or fault within the legal guarantee period. Keep your receipt in a safe place, as it serves as proof of guarantee periods.

If a BRITA jug or BRITA 3-Way Water Filter Dispenser does not meet your expectations satisfactorily, we will refund your the full purchase price. You can return jugs and BRITA yource to the BRITA online shop within 30 days (from receipt of goods), stating a reason for the return, free of charge with the returns label included.
Are you impressed by BRITA and would you like to shop more frequently in our online shop in the future? Or would you like to subscribe to the BRITA newsletter so that you are always up to date about the latest products and innovations? Then use the registration process. Placing an order as a registered user simply takes a few clicks, as your address details are inserted automatically. Please also refer to our "Information on data protection".
And this is how you register:
1.) During the order process: once you have begun the order process in the shopping basket with "Continue", you will be asked to log in or register as a new customer. Simply follow the links to register.
2.) In the online shop: select "My account" to log in or register as a new customer. You will also be guided step by step through the registration process.
If registration is unsuccessful, please check that you have completed all the mandatory fields correctly and confirmed our data protection declaration.
This service gives you the option of printing your message in a card that is sent with the order.
If you enter the recipient's address as the delivery address, the item is delivered there directly. The invoice is sent separately to your invoice address.
Please be aware that the gift service always applies to all items in the shopping basket.
This is how you redeem your BRITA voucher: first place the required items in your shopping basket. The "Redeem voucher" field will appear below the items you have selected; enter the voucher code here and click "Redeem". The voucher amount is then automatically deducted from the total amount of your order. Please note that you can only redeem one voucher per order.
BRITA stands for quality. To ensure consistently high water quality, the filter cartridges should be replaced regularly. We provide you with the practical "Cartridge service" function for one or two years to ensure that keeping the appropriate cartridges on hand is simple and convenient. The cartridge service means that, for a limited period, you receive new cartridges every six months and can automatically enjoy the great taste of BRITA.

If you order the cartridge service, the relevant gifts automatically appear in your shopping basket. After the first delivery, we notify you of the next delivery by email one week before that delivery.
All BRITA products reflect a conscious approach to handling available resources and the active avoidance of waste products. The fact that, in 1992, we were the first company in our field to develop a recycling programme for used cartridges is proof of this. Using a complex process, the components of the BRITA filter cartridges are separated and fully recycled.
BRITA collects, processes and uses personal data exclusively in compliance with the data protection regulations, in particular the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Act (TMG), on the basis of the data protection provisions that apply for the online shop.
