How is BRITA VIVREAU operating during the COVID-19 outbreak?
We’re pleased to share that, in line with Government advice and regulations, we’re now able to resume a full service of engineer calls to all of our customers. In the short term, we will continue to prioritise engineer calls to businesses that support critical workers, or responding to emergency calls that involve health and safety concerns. This update is of course contingent on the Government advice for the UK remaining the same.
It goes without saying that the safety of our customers and our team members is of utmost importance, so we will be closely following guidelines set by the Government and recommendations from institutions such as Robert Koch Institute and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
We have been working with our service teams to ensure that all members receive the training and personal protective equipment necessary to maintain your safety as well as their own, and to ensure that we’re adhering to the latest social distancing guidelines, at all times.
