BRITA VIVREAU SAP Transition - All you need to know

At BRITA VIVREAU, we continue to invest in our systems and processes.

The latest is an exciting transition for our company, as we upgrade to a new SAP Management System - allowing us to provide our customers with the highest level of service quality.

This transition is taking place between the 26th February – 5th March and during this time our day-to-day operational capability will be slightly altered.

We will be reducing our planned work volumes as much as possible during this short window. This means that all requests for planned activities if not yet confirmed will be scheduled to sit outside of this time period. To confirm, this work includes:

  • System installations
  • System de-installations
  • Preventative maintenance such as regular filter changes

During this time we are still on call to carry out urgent breakdown work if it arises. Urgent work includes:

  • Anything with a health and safety risk
  • Any non-scheduled maintenance where the performance of your dispenser is impaired

We appreciate that this is a slight change to our operating capability during this period and we will do everything we can to find a solution to ensure there is minimal disruption to your business.
