Servicing We Offer When Renting a Water Dispenser
All of our water dispensers come with a rental package included within the payment package to ensure all of our hired water dispensers are maintained.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits will be scheduled, following the installation of your hired water dispenser and will continue for the duration of the contract. Subject to the terms and conditions set out in the contract, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
- When necessary, a member of the BRITA Service Delivery Team will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for the Service technician to complete the PPM.
- All visits will take place during normal business hours (9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Where the Customer requests PPM visits to take place outside of these hours, charges will apply.
