1. Pre-filtration
First, a pre-filter reliably retains coarse particles.
2. Cation exchange
This filter medium reduces all cations responsible for carbonate hardness in the water. Depending on the selected bypass setting, it significantly minimises or even prevents unwanted limescale deposits.
3. Activated carbon filtration
Activated carbon reduces substances like chlorine that impair taste and aroma.
4. Fine filtration
At the end of the filtration process, a fleece retains any fine particles.

This filter medium reduces all cations responsible for carbonate and permanent hardness in the water. Depending on the selected bypass setting, it significantly minimises or even prevents unwanted limescale and gypsum deposits as well as other cation-related deposits.
3. Anion exchange
Depending on the bypass selected, this filter medium reduces or removes residual anions in the water, such as chlorides and sulphates, that could lead to deposits.
4. Activated carbon filtration
Activated carbon reduces substances like chlorine that impair taste and aroma.
5. Fine filtration
At the end of the filtration process, a fleece retains any fine particles.
